Copyright & Intellectual Property All products, images, and services offered on or facilitated through this website are the sole property of Terry Meek. At no time during your visit to our website, or after purchasing a product or piece of merchandise, are you permitted to duplicate, redistribute, or resell our products. All names, images, logos, and textual content are copyrighted, trademarked, and protected by U.S. and International laws. The purchase of a physical work constitutes the purchase of a physical object only and does not transfer any reproduction rights.
Risk of Loss As soon as your products depart our studio, they are handed over to a third-party carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or UPS). At that time, a tracking number is issued and the carrier takes legal possession of the shipment. Terry Meek does not take responsibility for the loss of any product once it is in the possession of the carrier.
Order Cancellation Policy If you choose to cancel an unfulfilled order, a non-refundable merchant processing fee will apply. This fee covers the non-reimbursable transaction costs incurred at the time of purchase and will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Financial Disputes & Refunds All published prices are final. Because our prints and merchandise are custom-curated to the merits of the image, disputes regarding the amount charged during checkout are not accepted. Unless you can provide photographic proof that your product arrived damaged, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
Usage of Forms & Identity Our website features various contact and signup forms. By using this site, you agree to provide only truthful and accurate information regarding your identity. Under no circumstances may you submit false data or impersonate another individual. Terry Meek does not take responsibility for false information submitted to our website.
